Our Leadership

 

Ann Morgan is the president of Morgan Vocational Solutions.   Ann has an extensive background in vocational rehabilitation and disability management, having worked in several insurance and clinical settings.  Throughout her 20 year career in disability management, Ann has earned a reputation as an expert in resolving complex claims and mental health related issues.

In addition to delivering results that facilitate successful vocational reintegration and claim resolution, Ann delivers training and coaching to disability management professionals and workplace leaders.  Ann is also a sought after presenter on the topic of mental health in the workplace.

Ann holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Vocational Rehabilitation Certification, Conflict Management Certification as well as CEBS training. Ann is currently working toward a diploma in Addiction Counselling.

Ann is proud to have co-chaired the Ontario Summit to Prevent Needless Work Disability and currently sits on the executive team leading the Ontario Action Group to Prevent Work Disability.
